CORONA EXTRA SUZUKI ENDURANCE GRABS MORE PODIUMS IN PRESTIGIOUS FIM WORLD ENDURANCE SUZUKA 8 HOUR
Team Corona Extra Suzuki Endurance (CESE), based in Birmingham, Alabama, assembled three bikes and two 2-man crews for a double-barrelled shot at the podium for the 26th running of the famed Suzuka 8 Hour endurance spectacular. Former WERA championships and a successful run to the podium at last year’s Suzuka (1st time out!), gave everyone involved a lot of confidence that top finishes could be achieved. Legendary racing ace Anthony Gobert, currently a free agent, agreed to team up with our own Crusty Adam Fergusson for competition in the Xperimental Formula (XF) class, while Corona Extra Superbike pilot Jordan Szoke (currently #10 pointswise in AMA Superbike) teamed up with Paul Young (British Superbike contender) for heavy duty on the Corona Light Super Production Suzuki GSX-R1000.
The Corona Extra Suzuki Endurance Team riders are:
